We’re excited to announce that our PayPal payment module has been updated to align with PayPal’s latest security and compatibility standards. 

As part of this upgrade, PayPal has officially deprecated the legacy gateway we’ve used for over a decade. This means that any existing PayPal subscriptions or automatic payments linked to the old gateway will no longer process.

Action Required:

  • When paying future invoices, please manually create a new PayPal subscription from your client area.

  • Be sure to choose the “Subscribe” option (rather than “Pay Once”) if you’d like to set up automatic recurring payments.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause. Rest assured — this new PayPal gateway is here to stay for the long term and will provide a smoother, more secure, and reliable payment experience.
